We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer!

Role: Developer - Full Stack Senior

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)

Assignment Type: Contract with potential opportunity to convert (not guaranteed)

Duration: ~6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full lifecycle software development: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Build and enhance scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring, REST/GraphQL APIs, and modern front-end frameworks
• Optimize system and database performance through advanced SQL tuning and bottleneck analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver well-architected solutions
• Support production environments, resolve critical issues, and ensure operational stability

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong Java (8+), Spring (Core, Boot, MVC, Security), and full stack development expertise
• Advanced SQL skills with deep RDBMS knowledge (MS SQL or PostgreSQL)
• Experience with GenAI tools and AI-enabled coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
• Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, AWS EKS, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular 9+)
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $86.26 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
