Developer (.NET & JAVA)

Mandatory Qualifications:    

•                     Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer

•                     More than Fifteen (15) years of experience implementing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development using J2EE, Spring boot, Java, C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, or similar modern Object-Oriented programming language, Web Services, Database, or Web Application Development

•                     Minimum of three years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Fair Hearings in a Health and Human Service setting.

Desirable Qualifications:       

•                     More than Ten (10) years of experience in analyzing and debugging SQL queries, stored procedures (eg. PL/SQL code), and working with data in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc

•                     More than five (5) years of experience in implementing web applications using scripting languages Java Script\TypeScript frameworks in jQuery, Angular JS, React JS, or Node JS

•                     More than five (5) years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs.

•                     More than five (5) years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8.

•                     More than five (5) years of experience in developing responsive web applications with DevSecOps tools and processes (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques

•                     More than five (5) years of experience performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using Oracle and SQL Server

•                     Experience with Test Driven Development and automated testing/unit testing frameworks

Travel/Part-Time/Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include:

•                     analysis of existing source code or applications and produce documentation, business process or system flows, and business rules

•                     Arrange programming sequence by analyzing source code, preparing workflows charts and diagrams using technical capabilities, programming language, and logic

•                     Produce data mapping and specifications related to data structures

•                     Produce work products and deliver artifacts in line with business needs and project plan

•                     Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

•                     Understand and adhere to project timelines and priorities

•                     Other programming, development and analyst duties as assigned
