Title: Tech Lead / Solution Architect – P&C Insurance

Role Summary

This role focuses on P&C insurance underwriting systems, architecture governance, data integrations, and technical modernization. You will work with underwriting stakeholders, engineering teams, and third-party vendors to assess architecture, improve scalability and reliability, and translate business rules into detailed technical requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong P&C insurance domain knowledge with an engineering foundation, API/data integration experience, and an understanding of AI capabilities.
