Identify new business opportunities by connecting with the Norman community through networking and local outreach.

Guide individuals and families through the process of selecting the right coverage for their homes, cars, and lives. Draft and present insurance quotes that clearly explain protection options in easy-to-understand language. Regularly review existing policies with clients to ensure their protection keeps pace with their changing life circumstances. Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and policy updates. Collaborate with the agency team to reach office goals while maintaining a welcoming environment for every visitor.

Requirements
Property Casualty insurance license for the state of Oklahoma. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Two or more years of experience in sales or customer-focused roles. Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn internal agency management systems. High school diploma or equivalent. A genuine interest in helping neighbors protect their assets and families.
