We provide our new Sales Representatives with ongoing training and support on their path to success so they can best serve our customers!Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Return all phone messages promptly. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Professional phone etiquette. Great Customer Service Skills.
