Job Description

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to work for a successful and established HR Consultancy?


Please note this role is open to individuals looking for part time, full time, employed or self employed, however you must be able to commit to a minimum of 21 hours a week.


Are you happy with a predominantly remote role but with some travel to different sites across the South West and the Midlands?

Working in a close knit and experienced team, you will provide professional and efficient HR advice to a range of SME's across the region.


Duties will include:

  • Advising on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Assist with updates and implementation of processes and systems
  • Write handbooks and contracts and advise employees on best practice and legislative changes
  • Be involved in redundancies and employment strategies
  • Assist with training and organisational support
  • Be involved in networking and promotion of the consultancy


To be considered for this exciting role within a very successful team, you will be a passionate and driven individual with high empathy, intuition and pragmatism. You will be an HR professional who is committed to delivering an outstanding quality of work. You will have a CIPD level 7 or be qualified by experience.


This is a full time OR part time (21 hours minimum) role mostly remote working with some travel to sites across South West England and the Midlands with occasional visits to HQ in Swindon.


It is essential to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to be considered for this role.
