2/3 days a week onsite
We’re working with a global professional services business looking for an HR Advisor to join their small, people team. This is a genuinely broad HR generalist role, supporting around 50 employees in the London office and acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be hands-on across and be comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing...
You’ll support managers and employees and provide advice on HR policies, employment legislation and best practice Alongside the advisory side, you’ll get involved in onboarding, payroll administration, benefits admin, and maintain accurate HR records and supporting audits and compliance activity.
There’s also scope to support with L&D, performance reviews, policy development and wider People projects, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be involved across the whole HR function.

- Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at HR Advisor level
- Confidence advising managers and senior stakeholders
- A good understanding of UK employment legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
