Role Overview:

We are looking for Business Development Executives who understand how IT services

businesses operate and are excited to build a career in technology sales and consulting.


This is not a pure cold-calling role. The day-to-day work revolves around identifying business

opportunities, researching prospects, building outreach strategies, starting conversations,

and supporting the senior sales team in creating qualified opportunities.


The ideal candidate has a technical or IT-related background, understands business

conversations, and is comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach tools,

Upwork, and other lead generation channels.


What You'll Do:

  • Research companies, founders, and decision-makers
  • Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities
  • Build and manage outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and similar
  • platforms
  • Support the senior team in sales conversations and follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and sales tracking
  • Understand client problems and map Zenithive's services accordingly
  • Participate in proposal preparation and market research
  • Continuously improve outreach quality and conversion approaches


What We're Looking For

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or IT
  • services sales
  • Technical or engineering background preferred
  • Understanding of how software/service businesses function
  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and networking
  • Curiosity about technology, AI, products, and business growth
  • Self-driven mindset with willingness to learn under guidance


Good to Have

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, or email automation
  • tools
  • Exposure to SaaS, product engineering, or IT services industry
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle or digital products
