Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience supporting Agile/Scrum environments, Jira backlog management, GIS, and enterprise platforms. The role focuses on incident management, security vulnerability tracking, backlog ownership, testing coordination, and leadership reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
•    Manage and track security vulnerabilities and CVE-related risks.
•    Own the Jira backlog, including epics, user stories, defects, and sprint prioritization.
•    Collaborate regularly with leadership and Product Owners.
•    Coordinate testing across technology and business teams.
•    Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Provide leadership reporting on progress, risks, and impediments.

Required Skills:
•    7+ years of Business Analyst or similar experience.
•    Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
•    Hands-on experience with Jira and Backlog Management.
•    Experience supporting GIS or Enterprise Platforms.
•    Incident intake, triage, and resolution tracking experience.
•    Security vulnerability and CVE Risk Management experience.
•    Testing coordination and sprint prioritization experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience working closely with Product Owners and Leadership Teams.
•    Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology platforms.
•    Knowledge of continuous improvement and retrospective processes.
