GSA RPA Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst- GSA & RPA
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)

Experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Global Systems Automation (GSA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Discovery, and Business Process Reengineering. Responsible for identifying automation opportunities, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance business outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Automation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of RPA technologies such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Experience in process assessment, requirement gathering, and business process modeling.
Proficiency in creating BRDs, FSDs, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting UAT, SIT, and production rollout activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets domains.
Familiarity with Process Mining tools such as Celonis, Process Advisor, or Signavio.
Knowledge of Power Platform, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate Cloud.
Understanding of AI-led automation, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Generative AI solutions.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, UiPath Business Analyst, or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
Experience in automation governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks.
Exposure to SQL, databases, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
