QA Automation Engineer

Position : QA Automation Engineer

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

1. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Python. The candidate should have hands-on experience in UI automation using Playwright, standalone API testing, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

2. A strong QA background with experience in test strategy development and QA processes is required. Experience in AI testing and hands-on usage of AI MCPs is preferred.
3. Key responsibilities include defining test strategies, executing regression, system, and sanity testing, and performing release and production validation.
4. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, Agile practices, and test data management, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Development, and DevOps teams.
