: $365,000 to $435,000 Base Salary (In addition to eligibility for discretionary performance incentives)
§ Schedule
: Full-time, Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed target.

§ The Associate will serve as a principal legal consultant for judicial and non-judicial reorganizations, requiring technical precision and a deep understanding of distressed transactions.

Managing insolvency proceedings, including Chapter 11 litigation and international matters.
⨖ Representing a broad client base, including debtor corporations, creditors, and equity sponsors.
⨖ Overseeing the acquisition of distressed assets and advising leadership on fiduciary duties.
⨖ Participating in pro bono legal initiatives with full billable credit allocated for contributions.
§ from a top-tier, ABA-accredited law school with superior academic achievement.
⨖ Three (3) to Six (6) years of substantive experience within a comparable international legal institution.
⨖ Proficiency in court-supervised and private restructuring frameworks, including liability management.
⨖ Advanced drafting and negotiation capabilities for the independent management of complex mandates.
§ Analytical approach to identifying legal risks and delivering customized strategic resolutions.
⨖ Interpersonal skills necessary for a flexible work arrangement (Monday–Thursday in-office).
⨖ Provision of law school transcripts, a writing sample, and a formal cover letter is requisite.
