This role will partner closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, performant, user-focused applications. The successful candidate is a collaborative problem solver who writes clean, maintainable code and contributes to continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, Core, and .NET Framework.
  • Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs and web services to support seamless application and system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain back-end components, business logic, and data-access layers.
  • Work with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; develop efficient queries, stored procedures, and database integrations as needed.
  • Partner with UI/UX designers to translate designs and business requirements into functional, polished user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, QA engineers, and development teams to define requirements, deliver features, and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards, documentation, and engineering best practices.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
  • Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Support application security, data protection, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, development patterns, and tools; recommend improvements to engineering processes and application architecture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar application-development role.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including Core and/or .NET Framework.
  • Experience building front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience working with relational databases, including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies.
  • Working knowledge of version-control systems, preferably Git.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software-development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Entity Framework or another object-relational mapping (ORM) tool.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices, including automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks, automated testing, test-driven development, and code-quality practices.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API-first design.
  • Experience with application security practices, secure coding standards, authentication, authorization, and data-protection controls.
