Temporary Full-Time Human Resources Specialist

This role is perfect for an HR professional who enjoys balancing recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while serving as a trusted business partner. You'll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent, supporting leaders, and helping our organization continue to grow.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units
Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Support employee relations, coaching, and performance discussions
Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
Assist with payroll administration and HRIS management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports
Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and development
Assist with policy development and process improvements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
~2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
~ Strong recruiting experience with exempt and non-exempt positions
~ Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
~ Experience handling employee relations issues professionally and confidentially
~ HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
