• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on GenAI/LLM experience
• Strong experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG, AI Agents, LangChain/LangGraph
• Development background in Python and .NET/C#
• Experience building and deploying AI applications in Azure cloud environments
• Technical leadership or mentoring experience.
