Conversational AI Developer - Google Dialogflow CX

Role Overview

We are seeking a Conversational AI Developer with 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Chatbots and Voicebots using Google Cloud Dialogflow CX and CCAI. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Google Cloud, Node.js/Python, BigQuery, SQL, Looker Studio, and conversational AI architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Chatbots and Voicebots using Google Dialogflow CX.
• Configure intents, entities, training phrases, fulfillment logic, webhooks, and APIs.
• Build multi-turn conversational flows with contextual routing, error handling, and fallback mechanisms.
• Integrate Dialogflow CX with Google Cloud Functions, Firestore, and third-party APIs.
• Develop webhook and fulfillment services using Node.js or Python.
• Design and implement Conversational AI architectures using Google Cloud services.
• Develop analytics dashboards using Looker Studio, BigQuery, and SQL to track key conversational and business metrics.
• Continuously improve conversational experiences using analytics, user feedback, and performance insights.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and follow DevOps best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Use JIRA for development tracking, defect management, and task coordination.
• Collaborate with system owners, business stakeholders, product teams, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Analyze integration impacts and provide technical guidance on development and testing activities.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, compliance, and delivery standards.
• Stay current with developments in Generative AI, NLP, Conversational AI, and Google Cloud technologies.
