Epic Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Epic Project Manager to lead Epic EHR implementation and optimization projects.

Requirements:

Active Epic Certification (EpicCare, Resolute, Cadence, or related module)
5–6+ years of Epic Project Management experience
Experience managing Epic implementations, upgrades, and healthcare IT projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK, or PRINCE2)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Epic implementation and enhancement projects
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate with clinical, IT, and business teams
Oversee testing, training, go-live, and system integrations
Monitor project progress, risks, and compliance with healthcare standards
