Senior Full Stack Developer
Position Summary
The Senior Full Stack Developer will help build the applications, services, interfaces, and integrations that support the organization's AI agent foundation. This individual will work closely with the AI architect and Senior AI Engineer to transform AI concepts into secure, reliable, and user-friendly enterprise solutions.
The ideal candidate is a versatile engineer who can work across front-end, back-end, API, integration, and deployment layers. This person should be comfortable working in an emerging environment where architecture and requirements will continue to develop.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications that support AI assistants and autonomous agents.
• Build user interfaces through which employees and business teams can interact with AI-powered functionality.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, systems, data sources, and workflows.
• Partner with the AI architect and Senior AI Engineer to translate technical designs into working software.
• Help establish development patterns and standards that other teams can use when building AI-enabled applications.
• Support application security, authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Participate in architecture, code-review, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot performance, integration, security, and application issues.
• Develop technical documentation and operational support materials.
• Work iteratively with business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver usable solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience developing modern full-stack applications.
• Strong experience with front-end and back-end application development.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and integrating multiple enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, source control, testing, and deployment.
• Experience building secure, scalable, maintainable applications.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work closely with architects, AI engineers, business partners, and other developers.
• Ability to operate effectively when requirements are evolving or not fully defined.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work remotely while attending Capella Tower when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing applications that incorporate generative AI, machine learning, virtual assistants, or agent-based functionality.
• Experience building reusable platforms, services, components, or developer frameworks.
• Experience integrating applications with identity, security, data, and enterprise workflow systems.
• Experience working in cloud-based development and deployment environments.
• Familiarity with AI security, privacy, governance, and responsible-use considerations.
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization or emerging-technology initiatives.
