We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to lead large-scale agile transformations, modernizing operating models for complex, multi-team enterprise clients.
In this role, you will diagnose organizational challenges, tailor Scaled Agile frameworks to fit client cultures and maturity levels, facilitate critical planning events, and drive sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities
1. Framework Design & Modernization: Design, tailor, and modernize Scaled Agile frameworks across multi-team programs and enterprise divisions, aligning agile principles with the client s specific operating model, culture, and business strategy.
2. Diagnostic & Root-Cause Analysis: Conduct stakeholder interviews and direct workplace observation to differentiate underlying systemic root causes from surface-level process symptoms in current planning and delivery pipelines.
3. PI Planning Facilitation & Assessment: Lead Program Increment (PI) planning events from end to end. Evaluate readiness before the event, assess alignment and dependency management during execution, and review metrics and outcomes post-event.
4. Iterative Process Engineering: Develop, test, and refine recommended practices using iterative showcases, feedback loops, and pilot programs to validate operational changes before full rollout.
5. Immediate Value Delivery: Identify and execute quick-win operating model improvements to deliver rapid business value and build momentum early in the transformation lifecycle.
6. Change Enablement & Sustainability: Implement robust change management strategies, coaching leaders and teams to ensure new ways of working are self-sustaining long after engagement wrap-up.

Required Qualifications
1. Enterprise Experience: Proven track record designing or modernizing Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model, or customized scaled framework) environments for complex organizations with multiple teams/divisions.
2. Agile Customization: Deep expertise in core Agile/Lean principles, with a demonstrated ability to flexibly tailor practices to client maturity without dogmatically enforcing rigid frameworks.
3. PI Event Leadership: Expertise in preparing, facilitating, and assessing multi-team PI Planning (or equivalent big-room planning) events. Change Management: Demonstrated capability in change enablement, training design, leadership coaching, and institutionalizing long-term behavioral and operational change
