Digital Project Manager II (Hybrid, Contract)

You will own end-to-end execution across digital channels, ensuring precision delivery in a highly regulated, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end campaign execution across web, email, and banner initiatives to ensure seamlessly coordinated deliverables and timely product launches. Manage cross-functional workflows between creative, technical development, and Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) partners to optimize project velocity and maintain strict compliance. Develop and track detailed project plans, functional requirement documents (FRDs), and metadata load sheets to guarantee flawless asset routing and system automation.

Monitor project scope, resource allocation, and budget parameters to deliver multi-channel digital assets on schedule and within financial guidelines. Qualifications:3-5+ years of digital project management experience leading complex web, email, and banner initiatives within a fast-paced creative agency or corporate setting. Proven expertise navigating pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated healthcare workflows, including hands-on experience with MLR approval cycles and Veeva Vault PromoMats.

Demonstrated proficiency managing detailed project documentation (FRDs, load sheets) alongside a solid understanding of content management systems (AEM), UI/UX principles, and web technical constraints. Bachelor's degree with exceptional communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing competing priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.
