The Role • Champion a strong safety culture focused on employee well-being and leadership accountability. • Drive a positive employee experience and high engagement by identifying and escalating issues. • Advise management on HR policies, facilitate training, and support business priorities. • Lead employee relations investigations and collaborate with relevant stakeholders. • Support recruitment, staffing, retention strategies, and talent development processes. • Oversee leave administration, ADA, and workers' compensation programs. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • A minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a professional role. • Demonstrated strong foundation in core HR fundamentals and employment legislation (e.g., ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA). • Experience consulting with and advising management teams. • Familiarity with MS Office, HRIS systems, and excellent presentation skills. • A valid driver's license with a good motor vehicle record.
