UK construction and property consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team in London.

They work across sectors such as education, heritage, commercial property, hospitality and residential, helping clients keep projects on time, within budget and to the required standard

With a strong focus on residential and hospitality projects, the consultancy works with developers, investors, housing providers and private clients across a range of complex developments.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Previous experience within a construction or property consultancy
• Strong Project Management experience across the full lifecycle
• Experience across residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, programmes and budgets
• Good knowledge of procurement and contract administration
• MRICS, MAPM or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential
