We are a global leader in the graphics communications industry, experiencing robust growth. The Regional Sales Director (RSD) oversees sales operations within a specific geographic area, manages the sales team, develops strategies, and ensures sales targets are met. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and implementing sales plans specifically tailored to Brazil.

You will lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. An executive-level leader with well-developed analytical thinking, autonomy, and accountability? Develop and implement regional sales strategies tailored to Brazil to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Team Management

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support. (This includes direct management of 3 executive account managers).

Sales Performance Management

Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Additional Duties

Support R&D projects through data collection and analysis, ensure the accuracy of lab results, handle samples for internal evaluation, and collaborate with external vendors.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within the graphics communications or related field.
~Native/Fluent Portuguese and at least C1 English proficiency.
~ Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
~ Based 100% remote in Brazil, with availability for domestic travel and future international trips.
Official full-time employment under the CLT model.
