Service Desk Technician with Security Clearance

Position Description: Provides telephone and computer support to large community userbase. Logs and prioritizes calls, tracks technicians, and provides Service-Level Agreement (SLA) compliancy reports, as required. Customer service and communication skills are necessary. Must have knowledge of PC operating systems (primarily Windows 10), and networking and mail standards. This position entails Shift Work on Monday-Friday (no weekends), with some holidays, from 8 AM to 5 PM CT.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of PC operating systems, primarily Windows 10, networking, and email standards
• Must have a diploma or GED
• Must hold an active Security+ certification (DoD 8570.01 IAT Level 2 certification)
• Must have a strong customer service work ethic
• Must demonstrate good communication skills
