Descriptions:

We are seeking an experienced Python AWS Developer with strong CRM experience to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications and CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python, AWS services, REST APIs, databases, and CRM platforms, with a strong understanding of enterprise application integration and data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable applications and backend services using Python.

Design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions using AWS.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

Develop integrations between CRM platforms and internal/external applications.

Customize and extend CRM functionality based on business requirements.

Work with CRM data, workflows, customer records, and third-party integrations.

Develop serverless and event-driven solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.

Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.

Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and security best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.

Collaborate with product managers, CRM teams, QA engineers, and other developers.

Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and Agile development processes.

Document technical designs, integrations, APIs, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Python.

Solid experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, microservices, and system integration.

Practical experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar.

Experience integrating CRM systems with external applications and databases.

Strong SQL and database development skills.

Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.

Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS certification such as AWS Developer – Associate or AWS Solutions Architect – Associate.

Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.

Experience with event-driven architectures and serverless applications.

Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, SOQL, or Microsoft Dynamics APIs.

Familiarity with DevOps and monitoring tools.
