💼 POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, test, and support complex Oracle database programs and enterprise application components.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on PL/SQL development experience, a solid understanding of Oracle databases, and preferably exposure to Oracle Retail and/or Oracle Cloud Database environments.
You’ll work closely with technology and delivery teams to build reliable, scalable, and standards-compliant solutions while supporting critical enterprise applications.
🚀 WHAT YOU’LL DO
✅ Design, develop & test complex PL/SQL programs
✅ Analyze and document existing packages, procedures & functions
✅ Develop database solutions following coding standards
✅ Perform SQL & application performance tuning
✅ Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
✅ Create and maintain technical documentation
✅ Support Oracle Retail / Oracle Cloud Database environments
✅ Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ 3–5 years of application development experience
✔️ Strong Oracle PL/SQL development expertise
✔️ Experience across the SDLC — Analysis, Design, Testing, Deployment & Production Support
✔️ Experience with Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, or equivalent tools
✔️ Oracle Retail experience 
✔️ Oracle Forms experience 
✔️ Basic GitLab / SVN knowledge
✔️ Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum & Jira
✔️ Strong communication, collaboration & problem-solving skills
