Video Teleconference Technician with Security Clearance

Position Title: Video Teleconference Technician Location: Newport, RI Clearance required: SECRET Scope of Work: Operates and supports video teleconferencing for classified and unclassified sessions, providing setup, operation, and troubleshooting of VTC systems and DVS-G facilities.   Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Provide operational support for VTC studios, roll-about, desktop, and portable systems
• Set up VTC communications for ISDN, IP, DISA networks, and commercial interconnects
• Troubleshoot VTC systems and maintain conference documentation and logs
• Support classified and unclassified VTC meetings, including after-hours sessions
• Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.
• VTC operation and troubleshooting skills
• Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2
