What will your day look like?

As a Software Systems Developer, you will:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement software solutions

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable applications and system enhancements

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software solutions

• Support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and integration of enterprise applications

• Develop and optimize database solutions to support business operations and reporting requirements

• Build and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and data exports

• Automate business processes through APIs, database technologies, and custom applications

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure performance, security, and reliability of software environments

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system issues

• Maintain source control, coding standards, and software deployment processes

• Document system modifications, customizations, integrations, and technical solutions

• Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions

• Utilize approved AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and software quality

• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, automation, and intelligent workflows into business applications and processes

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server development, administration, and architecture

• Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software applications

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns

• Experience with full-stack application development

• Strong understanding of:

• Database technologies
• Server-side development
• Client-side development
• Application integration

• Experience debugging, testing, and troubleshooting applications in development and production environments

• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including:

• Networking
• Operating Systems
• Active Directory

• Experience with source control management and version control systems
