The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, observe disease progression, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Independently carry out medically prescribed treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured nursing documentation and manage administrative tasks on the ward.
• Actively contribute to a supportive and structured environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, general nurse, or pediatric nurse.
• Strong social competence, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, previous experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry (not mandatory).
