The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support for residents.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities with residents.
• Assist residents in managing their daily lives.
• Implement nursing documentation and planning processes.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and physicians.
• Contribute to the professional guidance and development of care assistants, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing care.
• Additional specialization or certification in gerontopsychiatric care.
