Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Project & Program Management: Lead end-to-end IT projects in an official Project Manager capacity, applying rigorous project management methodologies across schedule, scope, and budget.

• Schedule & Portfolio Management: Build, maintain, and track complex project schedules using enterprise-class PPM tools (such as Microsoft Project).

• Testing & Training Coordination: Oversee software testing phases, coordinate user training programs, and direct the creation of comprehensive user guides and documentation.

• Agile & Portfolio Governance: Drive agile ceremonies, program increments, or portfolio tracking initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise strategic goals.

• Process Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Visio and the Microsoft Office suite to design workflow diagrams, status reports, and executive presentations.
