Recruitment Project Manager

Ilocatum seeks a Project Manager to lead complex recruiting projects in the professional, scientific, and technical sectors. You will manage full-cycle search engagements, from client intake and requirement scoping to sourcing, screening, and offer management. Working in a remote-friendly, performance-driven environment, you will coordinate multiple searches, maintain detailed pipelines, and deliver consistent hiring results. This role requires strong client communication, recruiting project management, data-driven tracking, and the ability to work entrepreneurially while collaborating with a professional, results-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client recruiting projects from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with clients to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified professional, scientific, and technical candidates
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection with clients and candidates
• Track project milestones, metrics, and pipelines using ATS/CRM tools
• Communicate proactively with clients on status, risks, and results
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and tools
• Collaborate with internal team members to share talent, market intel, and best practices
• Ensure high-quality documentation and compliance across all searches
• Contribute to a responsive, performance-driven, remote-friendly culture
