Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PLM Project Manager – Functional with strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter to lead end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of PDM, BOM, ECO/ECN, and NPI processes, along with proven project management and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM implementation and transformation projects from planning through deployment.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, vendors, and leadership.

• Drive process improvements across PDM, BOM, ECO/ECN, and NPI.

• Translate business requirements into functional PLM solutions.

• Manage testing, UAT, deployment, and change management activities.

• Apply Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PLM Project Management.

• Strong functional experience in PLM implementations and business process transformation.

• Mandatory experience with Siemens Teamcenter.

• Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), BOM, ECO/ECN, and NPI.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and project deliverables.

• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Experience with large-scale or global PLM transformation programs.

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
