Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Agile, Scrum) II

Overview:
Join a dynamic organization as a Technical Project Manager, where you will lead complex IT programs and ensure the successful delivery of multiple high-stakes projects. With your expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, you will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams, aligning projects with strategic business objectives, and driving enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your project management skills in a collaborative environment that values innovation and agility.

Required Skills:

  • 5 to 7 years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment
  • Proven track record managing highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Extensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience coaching teams in Agile processes and tools
  • Ability to develop program strategies, high-level project plans, and KPIs
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication with IT leadership, business leaders, and consultants
  • Demonstrated ability to track milestones, manage scope, scope adjustments, and risks

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in technical service engineering programs
  • Scrum Master certification and demonstrated servant leadership experience
  • Knowledge of deployment, engineering, and sustainability considerations in software delivery

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience managing enterprise IT portfolios and cross-functional teams

Other Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work within the specified contract duration and MSP engagement model
  • Strong organizational skills to monitor adherence to schedules, identify delivery risks, and develop mitigation strategies
