Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Security

Securitas is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to source, screen, and hire high-quality security personnel and support staff. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, and ensure a professional, timely candidate experience. You'll maintain ATS records, support onboarding, and uphold compliance with employment and EEO regulations. This position supports Securitas' mission-driven, safety-focused culture by building diverse, skilled teams that protect people, property, and assets across a wide range of client environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for security officers and support roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and staffing needs
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide feedback to candidates
• Prepare and extend offers in line with company guidelines
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and HR systems
• Support onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and EEO regulations
• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives
