Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Securitas is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring of security and support personnel. This role sources, screens, and interviews candidates, partners with hiring managers to define needs, and manages postings, pipelines, and offers. The recruiter ensures compliance with employment laws and company standards while delivering a professional, candidate-friendly experience. You'll support workforce planning, attend hiring events, and use ATS/HR systems and metrics to improve hiring efficiency-helping staff critical security roles that protect people, property, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for security officers and support roles
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and events
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
• Coordinate background checks, licensing, and pre-employment processes
• Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and ATS records
• Prepare and extend offers in alignment with HR and compensation guidelines
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO, and company policies
• Track and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes
• Represent Securitas at job fairs and community recruitment events
