Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Securitas is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to attract and hire security professionals and support staff in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting: partnering with hiring managers to define needs, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating background checks and onboarding. You'll ensure compliance with employment laws and Securitas standards while promoting our culture of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. This role offers growth within HR and security operations as you help build teams that protect people, property, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for security officers and support roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple channels
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment processes
• Prepare and extend job offers in alignment with HR guidelines
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment law and EEO standards
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/HRIS systems
• Promote Securitas' culture and employer brand to candidates
