Must have:

Drive & showcase level of effort to manage multiple initiatives at once, drive results across business teams and projects.

Expertise in agile, scrum, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Strong facilitation skills for steering committees, project reviews, and status reporting

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, dependencies, risks, and budgets

Experience leading cross-functional teams including business, technology, vendors, and external partners

Proficiency with project management tools such as asana, Jira, Azure Devops, or Microsoft project

Experience with portfolio management, resource planning, and roadmap development

Change management and organizational readiness experience
