Role: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote (USA)
Contract: Long-term contract

Job Description:
We are looking for a mid-level Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud, with a specialized focus on Quote-to-Cash (CPQ). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring quote templates, pricing rules, and approval workflows, and will serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud processes, with emphasis on quote management.
  • Configure and test Salesforce CPQ features: quote templates, product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval processes.
  • Map end-to-end quote-to-order and order-to-cash workflows, collaborating with sales, finance, and customer support teams.
  • Support data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create training materials and deliver end-user training on CPQ and related Salesforce modules.
  • Maintain configuration documentation, user stories, and process maps.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst or Administrator.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with Sales Cloud (Opportunities, Products, Price Books) and Service Cloud (Cases, Knowledge, Entitlements).
  • Demonstrable Revenue Cloud/CPQ expertise: quote templates, product bundles, pricing rules, approval workflows.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools: Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Reports & Dashboards.
  • Strong requirement-gathering, process-mapping, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Administrator, or Business Analyst certification.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or billing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Background in healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
