Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Location: Austin, Texas- Hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation while supporting Agile project delivery and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and developers to support project initiatives.

Analyze existing business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities.

Facilitate Agile planning sessions, including story point estimation and backlog refinement.

Create use cases, process flows, and business process documentation.

Support testing, quality assurance, and solution validation activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology projects.

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating use cases and process documentation.

Experience with business process mapping and workflow analysis.
