Tech Lead Manager: Build & Scale Critical Systems

Neara is seeking experienced Tech Lead Managers to lead one of our core engineering teams spanning technical solutions, platform, and integrations. You will spend around 60% of your time leading teams and delivery and 40% hands-on to guide system design and tackle complex technical challenges.

You will work in a product-centred way, partnering with Product, Customer Success and Sales to drive customer value, while shaping the platform direction as we scale Neara's engineering culture.
