Must Have Skills:
HR & Payroll, Workforce Management, TalentManagement, HCM Transformations, and Dayforce/Workday implementations. Experience in Dayforce, Workday, SAPSuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Payroll programs.

Nice to Have Skills:
Drive defect management, release readiness, and quality reporting.

Detailed Job Description
10+ years in Testing/QA.

3+ years as Test Manager or QA Lead.

Experience managing distributed teams.

HR & Payroll, Workforce Management, Talent Management, HCMTransformations, and Dayforce/Workday implementations.

Define test strategy, plans, and governance.

Manage SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and Payroll testing.

Lead estimation, planning, reporting, and risk management.

Coordinate with business, HR, payroll, technical teams, andsystem integrators.

Drive defect management, release readiness, and qualityreporting.

Strong experience in Test Management and QA.

Experience in Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, OracleHCM, or Payroll programs.

Knowledge of test lifecycle, defect management, payrolltesting, and quality governance.

Experience with ALM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
