They are seeking a proactive HR Manager to join their team and drive impactful HR initiatives in a dynamic, operational environment. The Role • Cultivate a strong safety culture, ensuring employee well-being and leadership accountability. • Champion a positive employee experience to enhance engagement and retention. • Advise management on HR policies, ensuring consistent application and interpretation. • Execute HR and business communication strategies to drive adoption and cultural change. • Lead and support employee relations investigations, collaborating with stakeholders. • Support recruitment, staffing, retention strategies, onboarding, and performance management. What You'll Need • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a professional, non-administrative capacity. • Proven experience consulting with and advising management teams. • Strong foundation in core HR fundamentals and employment legislation (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII). • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and excellent presentation skills. • Experience in employee relations and a collective bargaining environment is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
