The Role

• Provide technical and programmatic support to the Fire Control and Guidance Branch within a key strategic programs office.
• Assist in the development of program strategies, specifications, and cost estimations, ensuring compliance with higher-level requirements.
• Conduct technical, schedule, cost, and risk assessments, considering trade-offs between technical, operational, and programmatic aspects.
• Participate in and contribute to various program reviews, technical interchange meetings, and integrated product team sessions.
• Lead and support integrated product teams to drive program objectives forward.

What You'll Need

• U.S. citizenship with an active DoD SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, physics, math).
• 4+ years of engineering experience within defense programs.
• Proven ability to work effectively at the Washington Navy Yard.
• Exceptional written and presentation skills, with a self-motivated work ethic, strong time management, and interpersonal abilities.
