Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage key accounting operations in a dynamic environment. 
This full-time position in Matthews, NC, requires overseeing accounting functions, supporting financial closes, and leading a team. 
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and advanced data management is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
Supervise accounting activities across multiple entities and ensure accurate intercompany transactions.
Develop and improve accounting processes and systems for efficiency.
Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
Experience in supervising and developing accounting staff.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and general ledger accounting.
Proficient in enterprise resource planning systems and advanced data analysis.
