SharePoint / Power Automate Developer (Onsite in Columbus, OH) W2 role

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (top priority)
• Expertise in SharePoint Online
• Experience modernizing and migrating SharePoint environments
• Replacing legacy InfoPath forms/workflows with Power Automate solutions
• Strong development/coding background with integration and API experience
• Experience building and automating business workflows

Key Projects:

• Migrating legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online
• Modernizing and enhancing existing SharePoint sites and workflows
• Replacing InfoPath-based processes with Power Automate solutions
• Developing integrations and automated data flows between applications
• Supporting a Legal learning portal modernization initiative

Work Arrangement:

• 5 days onsite in Columbus, OH
• Flexible start/end times
• Occasional work-from-home flexibility
