The Role

• Perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix, and network troubleshooting.
• Respond to operational incidents impacting service availability and conduct routine repairs.
• Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with interviewing, training, and onboarding new team members.

What You'll Need

• 18+ months of experience in computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT support.
• 18+ months of experience in computer layer 1/2 networking, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 40 lbs, working in confined spaces, and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations as needed.
• Experience in a data center or critical environment is a plus.
