IT Support Technician

CoolSys is seeking an IT Support Technician to keep our HVAC-R and construction teams running smoothly. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support for laptops, mobile devices, networks, and specialized HVAC-R and energy systems used across retail, commercial, and industrial projects. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, manage tickets, and support field and office staff in a safety-first, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for HVAC-R and construction project systems, hardware, and software
• Troubleshoot network, device, and application issues for field and office staff
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Support specialized HVAC-R, controls, and energy management applications
• Monitor tickets, prioritize requests, and document resolutions
• Assist with user account management, permissions, and security policies
• Maintain asset inventory and support equipment lifecycle
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to resolve onsite IT issues
• Support remote access, VPN, and connectivity for field teams
• Follow Cool
• Sys safety, security, and documentation standards
