Overview

We are seeking a Lead Python Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, along with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. The role requires experience developing RESTful APIs, integrating frontend and backend components, working with databases, and building secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop RESTful APIs and seamlessly integrate frontend and backend components.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions for full-stack applications.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and one or more frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
