About the Role

We’re partnering with a growing healthcare technology company looking for a Full Stack Engineer to create intelligent software used by healthcare professionals. You’ll work across mobile, web, backend services, and applied AI, taking ideas from early prototypes to polished production features.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop user facing features across mobile and web applications, along with the services and APIs that support them.
\n
• Bring capabilities such as speech recognition, language models, and intelligent automation into everyday product experiences.
\n
• Build thoughtful experiences for capturing information, reviewing generated content, and completing follow up tasks.
\n
• Design APIs, data models, caching, synchronization, and background processing to support responsive applications.
\n
• Create dependable experiences for users working across devices or with inconsistent connectivity.
\n
• Work directly with product, design, AI, and healthcare domain teams to understand problems and develop practical solutions.
\n
• Own quality across usability, performance, accessibility, testing, monitoring, and release readiness.
\n
• Use feedback and product data to refine features after launch.
\n

What You’ll Bring:

\n
• 4+ years of professional software development experience with ownership of customer facing products.
\n
• Strong full stack experience across frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and databases.
\n
• Experience with a modern mobile or web framework. Flutter or Dart experience is helpful but not required.
\n
• Experience designing and operating production APIs and backend services.
\n
• Strong product judgment with attention to usability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
\n
• Experience integrating AI or machine learning services, working with audio, or building asynchronous systems is a plus.
\n
